Marc Sinanian After receiving a Master Degree in Finance and Marketing from the Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Marseille, France, Marc Sinanian traveled throughout Southeast Asia working as a Foreign Exchange Broker. In the early 1990’s he came to Puerto Vallarta where he settled and started a successful career selling high-end residences becoming Top Producer for Coldwell Banker in all of Mexico. In 2000, Marc co-founded La Punta Realty and has since specialized in promoting large undeveloped parcels of land along the coast to global luxury developers. Marc’s goal is to provide all the resources necessary for making the purchase real estate in Mexico a pleasurable and easy experience. Office: +52 (329) 291-6420 Alexis Burwell A native of the Yucatán, Alexis received his education at the University of California at Berkeley and El Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City where he recieved his degree in International Relations. Involved in the greater Puerto Vallarta real estate market since 1996, Alexis has been an active member of the local chapter of AMPI (Mexican Association of Professional Realtors) for which he served two terms as President while helping to establish La Punta Realty in 2000 with a vision to focus on the growth on the North Shore of the Bay of Banderas, promoting and selling high-end residential projects. Business Experience includes development of farm lands including almonds, grapes and cherries, processing farm commodities and marketing same throughout the worked to industrial trade such as Hershey, Mars and General Foods under his own marketing brand. He has also developed and marketed subdivisions in the central valley of California and is currently developing a senior citizen mobile home park. He has owned property in Vallarta since 1986 and entered into development and real estate activity in 1999. Office: +52 329-291-6420 Miguel Garcia Born in San Jose Costa Rica, raised in Colorado and schooled in Massachusetts, Miguel graduated with an International Politics degree in 1996, left Amherst, MA to visit his family in Puerto Vallarta one Christmas, fell in love with Mexico and started building websites for realtors and developers, partnering with Marc and Alexis to form La Punta Realty in 2000. Miguel's vision from the start was to create a global luxury brand and with inovative and striking photographic techniques, internet savvy and a laser-like focus on the luxury real estate niche. In just a few years Miguel has helped revolutuionize real estate marketing in Mexico and has been a driving force behind the success of La Punta Realty. |

Cristina Campero After studying architecture in Mexico, then business and marketing in Canada, Cristina gained her work experience managing her own advertising business. Drawn to Puerto Vallarta with it's culture, seaside charm, rich art and spectacular architecture, Cristina made a career move to high end real estate with La Punta Realty in 2002. She studied philosophy and creative writing, publishing her fisrt book by age 20. At 21, after being awarded partner of the quarter out of 200 people, she was promoted to a management position and took on one of the highest volume stores in Los Angeles County. While on vacation in Puerto Vallarta, Crystal knew she wanted to sell real estate in paradise, and earned her California Real Estate License. Yumiko Takinami-Dilday Yumiko is a Japanese citizen with a degree in Marketing and International Business who started her carrer with a software firm in the US. She is fluent in English, Japanese, and communicates well in Spanish. Since joining La Punta Realty in 2003 she has quickly become a top producer in the luxury villa and condo market in booming Puerto Vallarta and Punta de Mita, which in turn has allowed her to pursue her intense interests in architecture, interior design and urban planning. Prior to living in Mexico, she lived 10 years in South East Asia, 7 years in Japan, and 9 years in the US. Tim Seay Tim was born in the mountains of Northern New Mexico but spent most of his life near the sea in La Jolla, California. His avid love for both surfing and snow skiing took him to Aspen, Colorado and Taos, New Mexico as well to Colorado State University where received a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on International Marketing. Formerly with Coldwell Banker Real Estate, Tim received the prestigious “Presidents Circle” Award for 6 consecutive years placing him in the top 3% of sales professionals nationally. Years of experience coupled with a constant driving desire to satisfy his clients needs have given Tim a special for gift for matching buyer with seller.
