“We were seeking a destination-investment property having a distinguishing character – something different from typical mainstream resorts. Boca appealed with its important theme of providing resort-spa amenities within a community dedicated to the preservation and enhancement of its natural surroundings - the integration of progressive design coupled with low-impact systems and the use of local artisans and materials.
