INSTALATIONS

Hydraulic Each home is supplied by a 1000 GPD Spectra Reverse Osmosis desalination water treatment unit providing 100% potable water throughout the house. Backup supply is supplied by a community well by means of a 1 inch line (PVC) to a 10,000 gallon holding tank. Water is pressurized to 50-60 psi by a hydropneumatic water pressure system with ¾ hp Grundfos submersible pump and 325 liter pressure tank. All water distribution lines are CPVC Schedule 40 pipe in ¾ and 1 inch diameters. Hot water is provided by a 190L Rheem LP water heater via a recirculating system of CPVC Schedule 40 providing On-Demand hot water.

Sanitary Wastewater is drained through PVC (Duralon/rex) pipe ranging from 6"- 4" diameter to a 15 x 15 foot septic system located to the rear of each property.

Electrical The project will share service with the 3 neighboring villas from a new 75 kva transformer connected directly to a high tension supply via subterranean lines. The transformer will serve a total of 4 villas only so as to insure consistent and sufficient supply at all times. The project electrical system is a fully grounded 3 wire (12 GA.) system per circuit. The supply from the transformer will be distributed and controlled by a thermal breaker control box. The project itself will have a 125 amp monophase supply with 20-30 amp circuit breakers for each circuit. The project will contain rigid PVC conduit, fully cabled including telephone and television in each individual room. Estevez brand switches and contacts.
