Our staff, including Ari, our concierge (who is fluent in English) and Alicia, our cook, are available to cater to your needs, and also to respect your privacy.

Price: $3,500USD/day (Prices may vary during the holiday season)

Duration: Minimum one week (unless short notice availability)

Includes: Cook until 4pm (6 nights) – prepares & serves breakfast and lunch, prepares but does not serve dinner. If cook is requested for additional days/hours fee will apply. Guest pays for groceries purchased by concierge (including a 10% fee).

Terms and Conditions:

Booking Deposit:
50% of total rent due upon signing of contract (including any event fee, see below). Deposit becomes nonrefundable 60 days prior to rental. Remainder of total rent due 60 days prior to rental.
Security Deposit:
10% of total rent, due upon signing contract (except for events, see below). Minimum deposit $2000.00
