Casa Endless Summer is so unique we had to give architecture a new name: Mexiterranian.  The blending of Mediterranian and Mexican style design has led us to Casa Endless Summer, which over looks the Pacific ocean with five bedrooms and five and one half baths. Double hand carved wood entrance doors lead you into a recieving hall that allowing views to the living room, infinity pool and the deep blue sea. 

Truly a work of art, all the door casings are cantera, along with the railings, columns, balistrades, fountain and pool deck.  The entrance hall will take you to the kitchen, living room, two of the ground floor bedrooms or the patio with its cantera fountain.  The stair well leading to the upstairs has recessed lighting on the cantera steps with tiled risers and is topped off with a red brick cupola. 

The living room and dining areas have a boveda ceiling and acordian doors that open to the pool deck leaving you the option of letting nature come in or when its time, turn on the A/C.  Double doors open into an island kitchen with its talavera tiled countertops.  To the right is your double doored pantry and farther along is a seperate laundry and storage area. 

The island is wrapped in solid wood containing a double sink, dishwasher and has a breakfast bar.  Over the stainless steel, six burner stove is the talavera tiled and lighted rangehood.  All appliances are stainless steel. 

Two spiraled cantera columns accent the way to the dining area.  Three of the bedrooms are oceanview and have direct access to ocean patios.  The second floor has vaulted solid wood beamed Vallarta ceilings that highlight the three bedrooms on this level and a small TV room. The master bedroom has cantera blinded windows running along the leftside of the  hallway and a doorway on the rightis the master bath with double copper sinks mounted on cantera pedestals with gooseneck faucets. 

Three spiraled cantera columns accent the custom tiled talavera bathtub. 

Master bath also has a closet and a stand alone shower stall.
