The Villa is accessed by an elevator dropping you from a quiet residential street to a tropical garden wonder-land. Entering the house, a second elevator serves each of the four levels from the pool to the master suite. Estrella Mar boasts six very spacious bedroom suites, and nine baths. Each bedroom is air conditioned and has its own mini kitchen.

The master suite is 2200 square feet and has its own Jacuzzi and a separate office. There is also a one bedroom carriage house apartment at street level, perfect for your pilots or overflow guests. The large heated pool overlooks the Pacific and has its own kitchen for pool parties. There is a gym which includes top of the line exercise equipment and has a full bath attached. The gym could be converted into a seventh bedroom.

The present owners have scoured Mexico for antiques and original art work giving the house a museum like atmosphere. The furniture and decorations are magnificent and professional throughout.
