Villa Koi, located in beautiful Puerto Vallarta, has five beautifully appointed spacious suites, each a tranquil private sanctuary with its own sitting area, en-suite bathroom, veranda and/or private patio garden and desk space. All but one suite offer king size beds, the fifth one accommodating 2 queen sized beds. Four of the suites overlook the ocean, while the fifth opens up to a private secret garden with its own fountain and outdoor sitting room. All suites are climate controlled in addition to being outfitted with remote controlled ceiling fans for those nights when open air sleeping is irresistible and the retracting glass doors are wide open. On those balmy nights, hardwood shutters preserve privacy and at the same time keep the wildlife at bay. Luxury linens, heavenly down duvets, fluffy bathrobes, hair dryers and shower and hair products complete the spa like atmosphere.

The Villa's common areas consist of an upper thatched roof open air living room with abundant plush seating, a lower level open air pergola sitting room (cocktails at sunset anyone…..?), a state of the art media room, a gourmet chef’s kitchen, a secondary kitchen and three separate dining areas. The main dining room with open air seating for 12 – 14 overlooks the infinity pool and and the azure waters of Banderas Bay ocean beyond on one side and the large Koi pond on the other. For a more intimate dining experience, an open air pergola provides seating for 4 to 5. The lower level thatched roof dining pavilion seating 8 is located next to the lower sunset terrace sitting room. The dining pavilion is served from a secondary lower level kitchen.

The temperature controlled infinity swimming pool (heated or cooled as needed) and the adjacent large whirlpool hot tub are surrounded by abundant decking shaded by tall royal palms.

The kitchen, usable by all guests, is equipped with a wine cellar, a built-in Miele Espresso maker, a commercial Wolf cook top, side by side Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, warming drawer, micro-wave/convection oven, an ice-maker, two pantries. The kitchen is flanked by a bar on one side and on the other by a laundry room equipped with two sets of washer/dryers and a patio with a high powered Viking BBQ grill.

A state of the art media room is equipped with a 73” HDTV, Satellite TV, surround sound, a library of (stored) DVDs, CD, DVD and Blueray disc players, a Sonos sound system with remote controls allowing access to a library of stored music, satellite or local radio, CD player or your own I-Pod from any of the common areas, both upper and lower.

Business office facilities include high speed internet(WIFI)access, internet access over the 73” HDTV (powered by a Dell PC), wireless all-in-one printer (fax, copier and scanner), a state of the art commercial cordless telephone system with conferencing capabilities and free Vonage long distance service to and from the US.

Villa Koi offers:

  • 5 beautifully appointed and very private air conditioned suites (4 with King size beds and 1 with 2 queen size beds), each with its own sitting area, desk, private bathroom, indoor and outdoor showers, spacious closets, terraces and/or private patio gardens, air conditioning, remote controlled ceiling fans and folding glass doors to the outside with wood shutters for added privacy. All but 1 suite overlook the ocean. The 5th suite overlooks a private secret garden with its own fountain. All suites feature Italian luxury linens, down duvets, bathrobes, shower and hair products, and hair dryers. Dental hygiene and shaving products are provided by request.

  • 3 separate dining areas including a large thatched roof open air dining room with seating for 12, an open air breakfast pergola seating 4, and a thatched roof beach dining pavilion seating 8.

  • Open air living room, and covered beach sunset terrace all overlooking the clear blue ocean and the Marieta’s islands.

  • Heated, or cooled (as needed) Infinity Swimming Pool with built-in Jacuzzi overlooking Banderas Bay and the Marieta’s islands. The pool is surrounded by abundant pool decking and seating, shaded by royal palms.

  • State of the art media room equipped with a 73” HDTV, Satelite TV, surround sound, DVD and Blueray discplayer, remote controlled Sonos sound system with I-Pod dock, CD player Satellite and local radio

  • Basic office facilities, including a state of the art industrial cordless telephone system with conferencing capabilities; Vonage telephone service with free calling from and to the US., high speed internet (WIFI) access via your own laptop or the 73” HDTV screen powered by a Dell PC.
