Service

There is a small full-time administrative staff to help homeowners with everything:

• Paying bills (electric, phone, cable TV, etc.)
• Securing a private maid if requested
• Arranging for any routine home maintenance
• Making reservations for travel, sports activities, restaurants, car rentals, etc.

Note: Maid service and pool cleaning are included in the monthly maintenance fee

Rentals

La Vida homes will have the penultimate rental potential in Bucerias. A website will be created to help rent homes for absent homeowners, and the administrative staff will manage all rentals for the homeowners:

• Responding to e-mail and telephone queries
• Taking deposits
• Managing rental calendars
• Greeting guests and escorting them to their vacation homes
• Frequent communications with homeowners
• Crediting rental fees to individual homeowner accounts and applying them toward maintenance fees. Balance transferred to homeowners’ accounts, either in Mexico or the United States.

Security

Homeowners will be secure in the knowledge that La Vida has a closed circuit camera network as well as 24-hour security, both at the beach, and at the reception area.
