The developers of La Vida, Playa Hermosa de Bucerias S. de. R.L. de C.V., have had a wealth of experience over 30 years building projects in Mexico, the United States and the Bahamas. These projects include high-end second-home communities, luxury marinas, multi-unit retail outlets, and shopping super-centers. La Vida is a collective development effort of The InvestLinc Group, Seggerman & Co., and Sera’ Resorts with construction management and supervision provided by the Staubach Company.
