All six of the villas bedrooms, including the living room, dining room and kitchen have ocean views and open up to the covered terrace which runs the whole length (approx. 80 meters) of this unique u-shaped villa. In the living room there is a 21 inch Panasonic Panablack T.V. with satellite Direct T.V. , a Play Station 2 with D.V.D. and C.D. capabilities and a Sony sound system with a 3 disc changer, game sync mixing and direct AV/EQ.
This large villa cradles an even larger outdoor area which has a very big lawn, a big patio (that can easily seat 150 people for events) and a lovely big oval pool with crystal clear water. There are cushioned reclynable chairs and pool towels, a hammock and a thatched roof palapa where many tasty margaritas and picturesque sunsets have been enjoyed. Throughout the property are a variety of plants with flowers, shrubs and fruit trees including: coconut palms, 2 types of mangos, guavas, avocados, guanabanas, bananas and almonds and the guests are welcome to pick and enjoy the fruit that's in season.
The villa has a full time staff that includes a maid who cleans all indoor areas, a gardener/pool cleaner who looks after all outdoor areas and maintenance and who can help with carrying baggage, getting taxis etc., a chef who will shop, prepare, serve and clean up after meals and the chef's assistant (for groups of 9 or more) who will also prepare daiquiris, piņa coladas and margaritas.
