Surrounded on three sides by dense foliage, Casa Papelillos is comprised of two luxury homes so magnificent they were showcased in Architectural Digest. Staying in the main hacienda you can hear the surf from the Bay of Banderas gently washing on the beach.

With five bedrooms, the 11,300 square-foot main hacienda is one of the most spacious vacation home rentals at Punta Mita. Guests enjoy convening in its Living Room Pavilion and the Dining Pavilion, both of which overlook the three infinity pools, as well as the bay, and Puerto Vallarta and the Sierra Madre Mountains in the distance.

Guest Hacienda

An oasis exuding Mexico luxury, the guest hacienda at Casa Papelillos, is only a short stroll from the main hacienda. Encircled by tropical flora, it is lovely for family members or business colleagues traveling with you on your Mexico vacation. Spanish for butterfly, Mariposa features four interior designer-appointed bedroom suites, each with a full bath and outdoor shower on the lower level bedrooms.

Offering the resort luxury of Punta Mita, the two-story residence was also designed by notable architect of Mexico luxury homes, Diego Villaseñor. Its 3,000-square-feet of living space makes for an exceptionally comfortable stay.

Two outdoor lounging areas atop the roof are ideal for sunbathing and evening stargazing, while the 360-degree view encompasses the Sierra Madre Mountains and across the Bay of Banderas to Puerto Vallarta.

Gathering Places

This magnificent oceanfront rental property invites guests to gather in a number of welcoming places, most of which overlook the Bay of Banderas. A grassy lawn adjacent to the beach invites children or grandchildren to run free under the Mexican sun. Guests are invited to watch movies, sporting events or their digital Mexico vacation photos on the 72” plasma screen satellite TV in the spacious Media Room.

Services

Adding resort luxury to your beach vacations, Casa Papelillos employs a fulltime staff of 10 including a personal chef, wait staff, service personnel and Hacienda Manager on site 24 hours. Guest suggested menus can be prepared by our private chef with premium wines and spirits available.

Nannies, a massage therapist, a yoga instructor, a manicurist, a surf instructor, snorkeling and dive instructors, and tour guides are available upon request for a fee.

The beach vacation rental provides guests with two vehicles and drivers for local outings around Punta Mita, and trips to Puerto Vallarta can be arranged for a fee. Trips to the Puerto Vallarta International Airport, which serves commercial and private jet travel, are included in the rate associated with staying in the vacation home rentals.

Guests enjoy daily housekeeping and nightly turndown service. Guest experiences are available from outside providers including golf at the two Jack Nicklaus Signature Courses at Punta Mita, golf at the new Greg Norman-designed course at nearby Litibu and tennis at Punta Mita.

The Casa Papelillos staff is happy to arrange special functions such as birthdays, weddings, honeymoon vacations and anniversaries with music, catering and entertainment. If you’re planning to visit Mexico on business, Casa Papelillos is a perfect beach vacation rental for corporate retreats and executive meetings with total privacy.

Rental Guidelines

• Total number of overnight guests allowed in our beachfront rental property: 18 adults (over 18 years old) and no more than 20 guests including children
• Casa Papelillos guests are subject to the rules and regulations of the Ranchos Estates Homeowners Association

Homeowners Association:

• All outside guests planning to visit Casa Papelillos must be approved by the Hacienda Manager for day visits only
• Smoking is not allowed inside the luxury homes and their rooms
• Pets are not allowed in our oceanfront rentals without written permission
• Mexican law prevails for those booking Casa Papelillos for a family vacation or corporate retreat
• Guests enjoying Mexico travel waive liability claims against the owner of Casa Papelillos
• Fees to cover any damages to our vacation home rentals will be deducted from the security deposit
• Rates for luxury vacation rentals are available upon request and do not include the security deposit, taxes, food, beverages and charges for services provided by outside vendors, whether they are local or in Puerto Vallarta.
