Total number of overnight guests allowed in our beachfront rental property:
• 18 adults (over 18 years old) and no more than 20 guests including children
• Guests are subject to the rules and regulations of the Ranchos Estates Homeowners Association
• All outside guests planning to visit our vacation home rentals must be approved by the Hacienda Manager for day visits
• Smoking is not allowed inside the luxury homes and their rooms
• Pets are not allowed in our oceanfront rentals without written permission
• Mexican law prevails for those booking Casa Papelillos for a family vacation, honeymoon vacations or corporate retreat
