The compound consists of a two bedroom main house, a two bedroom guest house, and a one bedroom bungalow. Each has its own private entrance and viewing areas. Each offers outdoor living and dining spaces. All are connected by lighted pathways and share a swimming pool below.

Throughout the property, guests will find examples of Mexican artisanship: intricate sea stone work; hand-rubbed clay floor tiles; arched brick ceilings, punched copper cabinet facades; talavera sinks and tiles; Mexican mahogany custom doors and interior shutters; and decorative/security grillwork.
