You'll follow a sinuous, private 3/4 mile jungle drive through palms, bananas and arbutus trees whose bark glistens like dripping amber when backlit by the tropical sun.

Villa Violeta is a striking beachfront home carved into a secluded point of land. It boasts 350 feet of oceanfront and, best of all, overlooks a secluded storybook bay and beach.

It is the perfect destination for those who seek privacy, tranquility and luxury, and yet is located just 40 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta Mexico, with its international airport, world-class dining, great shopping and nightlife.

A deposit of 50% is payable at the time of reservation with the balance due 45 days before arrival. Payment to be made in US Dollars
Villa Violeta is available annually from November 15th to July. There is a 20% surcharge for the Christmas-New Year's period between December 20th and January 4th, also at Easter.
The owners will provide a thorough briefing by phone and/or e-mail regarding the location, directions, the house itself, and other things that may be helpful to know before you arrive.
In addition, arrangements will be made for you to be met in the nearby village of San Francisco and escorted to Villa Violeta.
With advance notice, the house can be stocked with beverages, food and other supplies prior to your arrival for a nominal charge.
If arriving by air into Puerto Vallarta, it is advisable that you rent a car at the airport.
